The reception staff was super helpful, and my room was spacious and clean. It really exceeded my expectations during this stopover in hannover, especially considering my previous stays in the city.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious 🛌. Check-in was smooth, but the room smelled of smoke which was disappointing. Overall a decent stay.

The price

When I booked it was stated that parking was free. We drove to the underground parking, and it turned out it was not free. They had about 4 parking spaces just outside the Hotel, and they were the only ones free of charge. We ended up remaining in the underground parking, as the receptionist told us, after I had complained, the exit gate did not work, so we did not have to pay. I had requested a double bed, but we got two singles, pushed together, which is not satisfactory.

Ideal accessibility for visitors travelling by car (close to the highway), fast & operational, helpfull staff, Clean. Good choice if you are there for business

Price far too expensive for what it is during CEBIT, furniture too classic & outdated, no complementary WIFI. Don't expect a fun or design hotel

The room didn't have air-conditioning and it got really hot. Also the whole hotel didn't look like the cleanest place around.

The room was spacious, but the smoke smell was quite off-putting.

Location - not far from the autobahn, yet far enough, so that there is noise; there is a tram/s-bahn stop across the street, you can get to the center in about 10 minutes

Uncomfortable beds - tne matresses are too soft. Before booking the room I read reviews which mentioned this problem ut I dismissed them as nit- picking. But the beds are uncomfortable! Both me and my wife didn't sleep well. also the windows seem to be modern but it feels like there are drfats in the rooms. we stayed in two different roo s and in both we could feel the air moving in the room.

Perfect location, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic with ham and cheese.

The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished, with cozy armchairs, extra-large beds with premium toppers, and great wellness rain showers. I loved the convenience of having tea and coffee facilities and a minibar in the room. Check-in was smooth.
